SUBVERSIVE is delivered with FDT3 but you can easily move from it to another SVN client.
If you prefer SUBCLIPSE or if you’re used to using it, you have to remove SUBVERSIVE before the Subclipse installation. It can be difficult if you don’t know ECLIPSE platform.
STEP 1 :

Open FDT 3, and open the "Manage Configuration" window.
STEP 2 :

Find SVNKIT 1.2.0 and click on Disable to desactivate this extension. You may have to restart FDT
STEP 3:

Find "Subversive SVN Connector" and click on Disable to desactivate this extension. You may have to restart FDT
STEP 4:

Find "SVN Team Provider" and click on Disable to desactivate this extension. You may have to restart FDT
STEP 5:

Open "Find and Install" window on "Help"
STEP 6:

Choose "new Feature To Install"
STEP 7:

Add a new remote site : http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x
STEP 8:

Select all extension (Don't select Mylyn connector if you don't use it)
STEP 9:
Follow download and installation instruction, restart FDT, and It’s done !
